Services and estimates

Olga's Cleaning Residential & Commercial Inc. provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the East Bay and selected surrounding communities. Estimates are customized to each property based on its size, condition, scope, frequency, and other factors, and are confirmed before work begins. Services are performed according to the agreed scope; additional work outside that scope may require separate approval and pricing.

Scheduling and access

Appointments are scheduled in advance, and urgent requests are accommodated when availability permits. Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information and agreed access arrangements. If an item included in the agreed scope needs additional attention, please report it within the service policy window so we can follow up.

Mobile messaging (SMS) terms

If you provide your phone number and consent, Olga's Cleaning Residential & Commercial Inc. may send you text messages related to estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
